We are very confident in what we do but we realize that mistakes can happen. This is why we want you to feel secure when making your auto glass purchasing decision.
Windshield Replacement Warranty
We warrant the installation of your windshield or rear window for as long as you own the vehicle. This means that your new windshield or rear window will be properly installed and sealed by an experienced technician. It will not leak unless it is broken or the car rusts around it, in which case there is no coverage under the warranty.
Should you ever have a problem with leakage of your windshield or rear window, or are dissatisfied for any reason, just contact Titan Auto Glass and we will be happy to schedule an appointment to determine if the work is covered by warranty.
If our original work needs adjustment, we will do it at no cost to you. This warranty covers only the replacement mentioned above and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty does not cover new damage from rocks or anything striking your new glass! There are no warranties that extend beyond those expressed.
Windshield Repair Warranty
The windshield repair process is designed to prevent the spread of damage from the initial point of impact. Titan Auto Glass guarantees the structural integrity of every windshield repair and is committed to your 100% satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the result of the repair process, Titan Auto Glass will credit $50 toward a windshield replacement for as long as you own the vehicle.
The credit will be issued to the party that was responsible for the initial payment.
In the event your deductible was waived for the windshield repair, you will be required to pay any applicable deductible for a windshield replacement.
ADAS Re-Calibration Warranty
How To Get Service
To get service under this warranty, you must bring your vehicle to one of our locations. Our technician will inspect your vehicle and determine if the ADAS sensors need to be re-calibrated under our warranty. If they do, our technician will perform the re-calibration at no charge to you.
