Windshield Replacement

Safelite canceled their at home visit after making the appointment several weeks prior, and didn't bother to let me know.Titan gave me a vastly better price and the convenience of a same day visit at home shortly after getting a quote. Again I cannot stress the importance of them offering me same day fix.The technician was apt, courteous, knowledgeable, and arrived right at the time they said they would.Even my various window stickers were re-applied with utmost care and precision to match their previous position.Titan came in clutch and way faster than I expected.If you're unfortunate enough to have a break, make yourself fortunate enough to choose Titan.

Titan auto glass has replaced my windshield originally and I had a chip from my trip later and they fixed it quickly at free of cost. Both the times I had pleasant experience right from initial quote and appointment set up to getting things done in timely manner. One small thing was the new windshield had small glue residue which could been taken care before handing over.

One word to describe this company: AWESOME! The young lady that assisted me in scheduling my appointment was extremely patient, caring and very knowledgeable. She handled everything that was required of me and made my service request of replacing my windshield less complicated. The technician who replaced my windshield was also caring and knowledgeable and even went an extra mile to add windshield wiper fluid in my car. Fantastic service. I had window issues on my SUV so I stopped in 8 AM on a Monday morning. They gave me a ride back to my office. By 11AM they were calling me to tell me it was fixed and ready to go. One less thing to stress over and they did a really great job. Just super fast in and out. I really appreciate how they took care of me.
