We had the unfortunate experience of a windshield crack due to a rock. Heads Up Display as well. First time having to replace one like this so I was a bit nervous to see the price and making sure it was done properly as it’s a 2025 model. Dealership was out of control expensive as they only provide Insurance replacement cost. Well I did some research and landed on Titan Auto Glass in Frisco. In and out in under two hours with a quality glass and good value as I paid out of pocket with no insurance. The location is nice and convenient. The nice bonus is that they also repair chips on the new glass within the first year. Good team of folks here. Will certainly use them again if needed.

As a teacher, my schedule is very busy, so having someone come out to me made the process incredibly easy and convenient. The service was fast, efficient, and professional. I really appreciated the attention to detail — my dash cam, inspection sticker, and windshield wipers were all placed back exactly as they were. I had Titan Auto glass come out on December 9th. I am a teacher, and they came to my school. The tech worked while I was instructing. He called me whe he was finished. The work was amazing and the price was even better. I give Titan Auto glass 10 out of 10 and you want be disappointed.

My experience was smooth and very fast. He told me one hour and he meant it. He even helped get some of the glass and fibers off of the inside of the car. He had a positive attitude. Overall 10/10 customer service for the store and worker.

Great service and fair pricing. Repair tech was friendly too. Fantastic service, communication and completion time. They said 1–1/2 hours and it took 1 hour 20 min. Even put my oil change tag, registration and toll tags back in my new windshield.

I never leave reviews, but I just had the best customer experience ever. My power window regulator needed to be replaced. I called the dealer and they had a 3-5 waiting period for my car to be diagnosed and I would need to drop it off at the dealer to get in line. I called a national brand glass replacement company and spent 2 very frustrating hours trying to get a real person on the phone for a quote since the quote I received was for glass replacement. I didn't need glass replacement. My spouse found Titan Auto Glass online. I called at 12:43 pm and Jason answered the phone after I "pressed 1" for the Plano location. He was super helpful. The part needed to be ordered, but they would pick it up and come to me as soon as possible. Trevor, the tech, arrived at 1:49 pm. He was super polite and had already told me via text that it would take about an hour. He rang my doorbell @ 2:48pm to let me know he was finished. You have a customer for life.

My windshield took a direct hit about 8:30, I made a call about 9 and had a new windshield by noon, via mobile installation. My second time to need their services and will use them again if needed. Was recommend by my dad who heard about this company on WBAP radio. Very kind, friendly and personable people! They had me in and out within the estimated time I was given for my appointment and got started on my windshield upon appointment time. The waiting room was very clean and tidy. I was able to watch tv and enjoy some cold water while I waited. They also had warm beverages like coffee available. This experience surpasses my experience at Safelite where it was way overpriced. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely come here again!

Huge shout out to Titan Auto Glass! I reached out to several windshield service companies in search of a windshield for a C5 corvette! Most couldn’t help and others were charging almost $1500.00 for the windshield. I called Titan Auto, I told them I found a windshield, they offered to pick it up for me and install within a couple of days! They went above and beyond! These guys are first class I highly recommend. They were completely upfront with their pricing. Didn’t try to add anything on. Needed my front windshield camera recalibrated and Audi dealer was trying to charge me over $1000 to do what they did for $237.

These guys were great. I texted in the morning to get a quote to replace a shattered rear windshield on a Mazda CX-5. They answered all my questions and promptly sent a quote for a very fair price. They had a tech come out that afternoon. Isaiah was professional, friendly and very competent. Windshield was replaced in my driveway in 90 minutes. Had a Tractor Mower kick up a rock on the side of the freeway just outside of Austin coming back to Dallas from San Antonio over the Thanksgiving weekend and it shattered our passenger side glass.
After receiving INSANE quotes from the Honda Dealership ($950) and Safelite Repair ($550), we found Titan and scheduled a last minute appointment online as I woke up that morning. They were able to come to our home THAT SAME DAY at a time slot I was available to be home.
Arturo Torres was super cool and easy to work with. Great guy! He fixed us up right on our driveway and took just about an hour in total to complete it. Side window matches and rolls up and down, no problem. Best experience ever. I would recommend them to anyone!

After receiving INSANE quotes from the Honda Dealership ($950) and Safelite Repair ($550), we found Titan and scheduled a last minute appointment online as I woke up that morning. They were able to come to our home THAT SAME DAY at a time slot I was available to be home.
Arturo Torres was super cool and easy to work with. Great guy! He fixed us up right on our driveway and took just about an hour in total to complete it. Side window matches and rolls up and down, no problem. Best experience ever. I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service, job well done and on time as committed. Scheduling appointment for windshield replacement to the technician arriving and doing the job on time. Everything was streamlined. Technician Trevor did good job and kept me updated through the process. He was not able to complete the calibration due to not having some tools in his van but then he took the car to the shop in Frisco and got it done within next hour.

Excellent service! I used Titian Auto Glass to service (replace windshields) for some work trucks in the Frisco area. They were easy to schedule and offered a mobile service. They were quick and very professional. Highly recommended this group!

good service. good warrenty terms and one year repair if chipped. did not fully scan market for prices but the price I think is good/very reasonable. paid bby myself, insurance have some deductible we decide to take full bill without claim to insurance.

I had a chip in the windshield and they fixed it in no time at all. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Friendly and very competent staff. Well priced only cost $88 to fix the chip. Nice waiting area with TV and comfy chairs. 5 stars all the way. Thanks!

I had my windshield replaced this morning. My technicians name was Trevor and I would like to tell anyone reading this review. Trevor was right on time and so sweet and friendly. The entire process was less than 1hr 1/2 Trevor put all the original stickers such as toll tag, inspection and etc .... I don't normally do these reviews, but I was extremely impressed with Trevor's manners and professionalism. My thoughts, he deserves a raise.

Was going around a cement truck and thought I was clear enough. WRONG! Something kicked off and caused a chip/ spider crack in my windshield. Went online to Titan, submitted a quote request as soon as I walked into work, and they were out within the next 3 hours. Kithony was professional, kind, and my windshield looks great considering it was cracked just minutes prior. I can barely notice the filler. Great job by the Titan Auto Glass Team.

Contacted Lori at Titan on Wednesday, technician came to the house Thursday morning, installed replacement windshield and calibrated whatever needed calibration. I’d never seen a windshield with a power cable before. Took technician a couple of hours. Job well done. Scheduling was simple. $150 less than Safelite.

AN ABSOLUTE GODSEND. I had a huge crack in my windshield and needed a place that accepts payment plans. Titan is that place! Titan is awesome!! They replaced the windshield on my Ford Transit. They are super friendly, priced very fair, got me in same day, did a very quick service and most importantly did quality work! My mechanic friend has a shop next door and he also had great things to say about them, which should carry a lot of weight.
