Titan auto glass has replaced my windshield originally and I had a chip from my trip later and they fixed it quickly at free of cost. Both the times I had pleasant experience right from initial quote and appointment set up to getting things done in timely manner. One small thing was the new windshield had small glue residue which could been taken care before handing over.

One word to describe this company: AWESOME! The young lady that assisted me in scheduling my appointment was extremely patient, caring and very knowledgeable. Fantastic service. I had window issues on my SUV so I stopped in 8 AM on a Monday morning. They gave me a ride back to my office. By 11AM they were calling me to tell me it was fixed and ready to go. I got a horrible rock chip on my way to Dallas from Houston on I-45. See the attached photos (outside & inside views). The owner repaired it herself in 15-20 minutes tops as a walk-in appt, and the crack is barely visible now and won't even capture on camera. The receptionist and owner were both so kind and professional and great with communication. The customer waiting area was so nice and clean. Thanks for your great customer service!

Call them at 8:00 in the morning. They had my truck back to me at 3:00 in the afternoon with a new back windshield Ford factory spec. They even got me a Lyft ride home and sent a Lyft ride to bring me back to their shop so I could pick up my truck. Fast service. Great service. Fair price. I'll use them again if I need glass replaced on my vehicle.
