Beautiful work, great communication, and convenient

Came in after my car took a decent sized rock to the windshield. Thought I'd need the whole thing replaced. The folks at Titan took one look and said they could have jt repaired in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later it was done and the scar was hardly noticeable, maybe 10% or less of the original crack. They'll always have my business!!

Titan auto glass service was great! They came straight to my home and were able to replace my windshield and recalibrate under two hours. The communicate very well and the staff were easy to work with. Would highly recommend and come back for future services

We had the unfortunate experience of a windshield crack due to a rock. Heads Up Display as well. First time having to replace one like this so I was a bit nervous to see the price and making sure it was done properly as it’s a 2025 model. Dealership was out of control expensive as they only provide Insurance replacement cost. Well I did some research and landed on Titan Auto Glass in Frisco. In and out in under two hours with a quality glass and good value as I paid out of pocket with no insurance. The location is nice and convenient. The nice bonus is that they also repair chips on the new glass within the first year. Good team of folks here. Will certainly use them again if needed.

I had Titan Auto glass come out on December 9th. I am a teacher, and they came to my school. The tech worked while I was instructing. He called me whe he was finished. The work was amazing and the price was even better. I give Titan Auto glass 10 out of 10 and you want be disappointed.

My experience was smooth and very fast. He told me one hour and he meant it. He even helped get some of the glass and fibers off of the inside of the car. He had a positive attitude. Overall 10/10 customer service for the store and worker.

Arturo (service tech) was great! Very respectful and communicative. Their office/dispatch team who I spoke to throughout the transaction was also very attentive to my case!

I never leave reviews, but I just had the best customer experience ever. My power window regulator needed to be replaced. I called the dealer and they had a 3-5 waiting period for my car to be diagnosed and I would need to drop it off at the dealer to get in line. I called a national brand glass replacement company and spent 2 very frustrating hours trying to get a real person on the phone for a quote since the quote I received was for glass replacement. I didn't need glass replacement. My spouse found Titan Auto Glass online. I called at 12:43 pm and Jason answered the phone after I "pressed 1" for the Plano location. He was super helpful. The part needed to be ordered, but they would pick it up and come to me as soon as possible. Trevor, the tech, arrived at 1:49 pm. He was super polite and had already told me via text that it would take about an hour. He rang my doorbell @ 2:48pm to let me know he was finished. You have a customer for life.

My windshield took a direct hit about 8:30, I made a call about 9 and had a new windshield by noon, via mobile installation. My second time to need their services and will use them again if needed. Reasonable price, fast service and the technician, Brandon, super nice and professional. Highly recommend.

These guys were great. I texted in the morning to get a quote to replace a shattered rear windshield on a Mazda CX-5. They answered all my questions and promptly sent a quote for a very fair price. They had a tech come out that afternoon. Isaiah was professional, friendly and very competent. Windshield was replaced in my driveway in 90 minutes. The process was easy, the price was fair and the people are competent and honest. I would definitely use them again.

I had my windshield replaced this morning. My technicians name was Trevor and I would like to tell anyone reading this review. Trevor was right on time and so sweet and friendly. The entire process was less than 1hr 1/2 Trevor put all the original stickers such as toll tag, inspection and etc .... I don't normally do these reviews, but I was extremely impressed with Trevor's manners and professionalism. My thoughts, he deserves a raise.

Was going around a cement truck and thought I was clear enough. WRONG! Something kicked off and caused a chip/ spider crack in my windshield. Contacted Lori at Titan on Wednesday, technician came to the house Thursday morning, installed replacement windshield and calibrated whatever needed calibration. I’d never seen a windshield with a power cable before. Took technician a couple of hours. Job well done. Scheduling was simple. $150 less than Safelite.

AN ABSOLUTE GODSEND. I had a huge crack in my windshield and needed a place that accepts payment plans. Titan is that place! They have great customer service, a clean customer service room and super kind professional receptionists. I felt safe, supported and respected— so refreshing to have when dealing with car issues.
