What a great experience from start to finish!! Quote was received less than 20 minutes from submitting request. Price was competitive and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Dropped the car off at assigned time and it was ready to go exactly when they told me it would be. Everyone we met at Titan Auto Glass was friendly and very customer service driven. Locally owned business so your money stays in the community. If you need auto glass replacement, take your vehicle to Titan. You won't be disappointed.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. They were super nice and professional. My windshield was replaced less than 2 hours and they did a ln awesome job. I definitely recommend Titan Auto Glass in Plano.

So the rear glass of my vehicle was shattered and initially my insurance company said the cost would be under my deductible so I can just go to any glass repair shop of my choice. I Googled a few (and checked the reviews of course) and came across Titan. I reached out, made my appointment, and they were able to get me in the next day I believe.
They took my vehicle to the back while I sat in the waiting area. The waiting area is clean with a television.
The guy came back with bad news — they were unable to fix my rear glass because of other damage. he suggested that I go 2 mins. away to Caliber, which also happened to be a shop that works with my insurance company.
I’m giving 5 stars because everyone was nice. They even put a plastic cover over my rear window, which really showed that they cared even if I wasn’t able to do business with them due to having to move forward with reopening my insurance claim.
If I were to ever have any other glass issues on my vehicle or if anyone ever ask me if I would recommend anyone for vehicle class repair, they’d be the first ones that would come to mind based off of the customer service. They also said that they had a recommendation for a window tint shop, which I didn’t get, but I will definitely call them to see who they’d recommend for me to get my windows tinted. Thanks again for such great customer service.

We were visiting relatives in the DFW area when we had a large object hit the passenger side of our windshield on North Dallas Tollway causing heavy damage to the windshield. It needed to be replaced! We have typically used a nation wide group to replace damaged windshields and they could not get us before we were returning home. So we googled windshield repairs and Titan Auto Glass appeared with GREAT reviews! So, I called and there was an opening the day I called. So, from the time I called went to the shop and returned home it was a total of 2 hours. The staff was very informative with the specifics including pricing and very courteous at the shop and waiting area which was extremely clean and comfortable during the repair wait time. YES they get a full 5 STAR rating from me!! I wish they had offices in Austin/Georgetown.

It’s amazing. They fixed my windshield chips within 30 minutes. After fixed it is hardly visible unless under the direct sunlight. The cost of fixing the stone chip is $80 with excellent quality. I strongly recommend Titan Auto Glass for windshield fixes.
