Replaced my windshield with Titan Auto Glass. They quoted significantly less than couple of the other places I reached out to. I scheduled an appointment and there was almost zero wait time. I live close by and they scheduled me a Lyft to my home and back to pick the car up. It was ready after about 2 hours. The new windshield has been great and was replaced properly.

If you ever need your windshield replaced ask for Eli! He did an amazing job and was super helpful and friendly! Melanie was also super friendly and made sure I was in good hands. The customer service and care I received from everyone there was amazing and they took great care of me!!

Wow! What an efficient and pleasant experience. Had a chip repair done in 20 min! Nice waiting room with coffee. So much easier than any autoglass experience I have had. Half the price of competitors!

This was the best experience that I’ve had. The front desk receptionists were exceptional. They were friendly and helpful. I was in and out within 30 minutes to fix a chip and it was only $80!! The work was great and I’d recommend this to anyone!

I have a modified truck with a roof rack and lights, so this replacement couldn’t be done at my house. Titan was happy to coordinate the windshield replacement at Texas Motorworx so that the rooftop rack and lights could be coordinated around their work. I can’t thank them enough. Came here the other day to get a windshield chip filled and was extremely impressed with their work. The chip almost disappeared, and they were very polite and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely be coming back in the future! 👍

Great one day service. Titan even provided a Lift to and from my home.Two hours later my SuV had a new windshield.

Very competitive pricing, responsive to messages, easy scheduling and a professional installation. Even tried to get my daughter school parking pass off the windshield but they must have used some industrial strength super glue! 😂 I’d highly recommend them and, since this is Texas, I’ll be using them again myself.

They fit us in as a walk in and had us out the door within a half hour . The job was beautifully done. Everyone was very nice and they got us in an hour before closing

I went here after someone decided that they wanted to try to steal my car (explicatives) and shattered my drivers door glass, they were quicker and cheaper than an national company. when the aftermarket glass was put in, I noticed that it didnt fit properly and we decided to go with OEM glass. not only did they let me keep the glass in the car, they were able to get it in, and installed within a couple of days.highly recomment

Got an unexpected rock chip the other day on my Tesla. Already have had replaced a windshield on a previous Tesla before and I was not about to let this crack get big to where it couldn’t be replaced. Googled and called around and Melanie from Titan Auto had me text her a picture of the crack and told me they could get it fixed same day in 30 min, $80. Brought it in and 30 min in and out. It will not be 100% visually gone (which they will tell you up front), but if you’re okay with that versus paying $1300 for a full windshield replacement and tint on a Tesla, Titan Auto Glass is the place to go!!! Great service, easy, job well done. Happy to see the after. My wallet is also happy 😃First two pictures are the before, last two pictures are the after. More visible on the inside but practically unnoticeable on the outside. If your windshield isn’t spotless all the time, you’re not gonna notice it.Thanks Titan Auto Glass!!

Was able to schedule an appointment to give my windshield fixed the next day at my driveway, and only took 45 minutes. Price is also cheaper than Safelite.Highly recommended

I recently had a rear roll down window replaced on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The technician came out to my house was on time and expedient, done within 45 minutes. Window looks like new and like nothing ever happened. Great job. I highly recommend Titan Auto Glass.

Super easy to work with. They got my windshield repair approved by my insurance co while I was on the phone. The repair guy was fast but careful. After installing my new windshield, he moved my license sticker & toll tag over to my new glass for me. Happy customer here.

Received amazing service on my BMW X2 windshield replacement. Called early morning for a same day replacement. Titan had me in and out within 2 hours. They were nice enough to remove all the shattered glass from dashboard and front seat as well. Top tier service!!

They explained the difference between an acoustic windshield and just a regular one. Great price and on time. The tech who installed the new windshield (Arturo) was friendly and efficient. I’d definitely use Titan again.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of service they provide. I found out my rear windshield was broken at 6:45AM and I was able to get an appointment at 8:00AM to replace it. I was particularly impressed that they cleaned out every piece of broken glass in my trunk without any prompting.In summary, this is a great company and highly recommended by me.

10/10 recommend getting your Auto Glass needs done at Titan Auto Glass. I chose to get a quote on their website, and a technician (Jason Brown) contacted me immediately via email with a quote and more information. The pricing was very reasonable, and honestly better than I had seen through my research. We exchanged a few emails back and forth, which were very speedy on the technicians part. (Jason also did the repair on my windshield).When I showed up, I was checked in by the most amazing service associate (Ms. Whitney). She was extremely friendly, personable, and just bubbly overall. I went in feeling upset that I needed to spend money due to 2 chips on my front windshield, but her personality made me drop the poor attitude almost immediately. Honestly, she needs a raise!! That's how great she was. I overheard her joking with the technicians and another older customer, and I could tell that she tries her best to find a way to relate to all of her clients (to find something in common to talk about) in some way to make them feel comfortable. But it a genuine way. She went out to my car, checked out the damage, and gave me my options/detailed information for each.I gave her my answer and one of the technicians, Eli, immediately took my keys and started working on my car. It took about 3 games of sodoku and I was handed my keys back. (15-20 minutes maybe?)Melanie checked me out and seemed to be very friendly and joked with me (whoever hired these ladies really did seek out people with great customer service skills). She handed me my receipt and even gave me 2 coupons which gave $20 off each on my next repairs. Honestly, if I had these before my repairs today, one coupon would have covered 1 of the 2 chips I had!!Oh also, in my pictures, you can still see the chips if you look hard enough, but Whitney did warn me that the humidity on cloudy/rainy days, such as today, would make the repair look more visible. But since it's spring time and it's supposed to rain the next few days, we both decided that more visible was better than letting the chip grow to a big Crack by waiting for a sunny day.Overall it was great customer service and stellar repair service. You need to try them.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had in many years of vehicle service especially for a windshield repair place! Kithony at Titan Auto Glass was very friendly and a great customer service representative. The location in Carrollton has a relaxed atmosphere and even Roku TV to watch while you wait.

Replaced my Camry 2013 back glass.They were quick and smooth

New windshield installed at my home. Quick response on Saturday with ALL-IN quote. Great communication scheduling on Sunday. Job completed successfully by 2:30pm on Monday. Courteous scheduler and service (Arturo). So far, I recommend to anyone needing services they offer. I'll give additional feedback, if necessary.

Outstanding experience. Had to replace the windshield on our car with all the high tech gadgets. Called Titan based on their reviews and they got my information and contacted my insurance to arrange the repair. The installation and calibration took less than two hours. Highly recommend using Titan.

I originally had an appt set up for this morning, 03/25/24 with Safelite Auto Glass. I had just so happened to Google their hours to see how early I could drop my vehicle off. I ran across Safelite reviews and was horrified with how many they had. Granted, you can’t make everyone happy however, they just had too many negative reviews for me. I ended up googling and found Titan Auto Glass and seen they had a 5 star rating so I went to their site and filled out their form to get a quote. It was around 6:50 am so they were still closed but I ended up getting a quote via email soon after and I immediately called to get an appt. I was able to get right in within 30 mins and when I tell you that I was in and out, less than a 1.5 hour wait. They were super nice, had a comfy waiting area, WiFi, water and coffee AND A CLEAN BATHROOM. I am very satisfied with the workmanship done, the promptness of getting an appt, and the price. It ended up being a little cheaper than Safelite. If I can recommend this to everyone, please try smaller owned companies instead of the big names out there. I can almost guarantee better service. I 1000% recommend Titan for all your glass needs!

I had a chip in my windshield repaired. The quote i was goven, i thougt it was very reasonable. I was told ot would take about 30 minutes to repair and ot did. I love that that they was quick and did an excellent job. I had to look real hard to see where my windshield had been chipped. Chip in windshield is very unnoticeable. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent service and i am very pleased. Yeah Titan Auto Glass!!

Titan Auto Glass made a not so fun thing (replacing my window due to someone smashing it) a very enjoyable process! Could not have been easier and ran very smooth. Clarissa whom I spoke with on phone was super helpful and went the extra mile to find my window and a repair person that could come same day, plus lots of good communication every step of the way. Julio my repairman, was wonderful! Arrived on time, explained everything, super courteous and nice, even went above and beyond and vacuumed not only all of the glass but also driver side mat which was dirty with leaves and such from getting in and out of car. He was very fast and knew exactly what he was doing. Very great experience all the way around!
