Had a small chip in window. Texted them the issue. They confirmed it could be fixed. No appt just came in on Sat. He looked at it, explained the process. They Took 30 minutes. He said 70% would disappear, more like 90%. Looks like a very small dirt spot on window. Great experience! Would go back again!

Arturo came out yesterday and replaced the cracked windshield on my Ford Flex. He was super nice and did a phenomenal job. A long time ago someone must have replaced the windshield on my car (before I bought it) and pretty much jammed the windshield with JB weld or something (I'm sure that would have leaked eventually). It was a complete mess under there when Arturo removed it. Arturo dealt with all that crap with a smile on his face. The seal is super tight on the windshield now. He did great work. To summarize for everyone reading...Safelite sucks (I've had problems in the past with them). They use cheap materials/glass and their techs don't use care or have the proper experience. Titan (Arturo) did a great job. I'll be sticking with them.

I kept hearing wind noise thru the windshield and my car dealership said it was normal after having it replaced and a few times. So a couple months after the 3rd replacement I went to Titan and they confirmed that the windshield wasn’t properly sealed. I was given a form that I could take to my dealership to get the windshield replaced a 4th time. Thanks Titan for verifying my concern was correct and finding what another business couldn’t.

Needed a new windshield as cracked. Melanie was super helpful, answering questions & getting a mobile same day appt done. It was very efficient & great. Tech was Arturo & was awesome. Whitney and Melanie were both very nice on the phone, got me a quote on Saturday and emailed it over to me. I called Monday to see when I could have it done and they were able to get me in same day and come to me for no extra charge. Titan was cheaper than other places around and had great reviews. Titan Auto glass saved the day !!! The first first cold weather in Dallas, I come out and my driver side window is shattered, My insurance company sends me to ****Lite and I go and drop my car off there at 9 am same day service will be done in 2 hours, I tell them no hurry I will pick up at 3. I get a text at 2:30 pm telling me that it has been rescheduled to the 17th (2 weeks later) with no prior notice. Huge bind, I pick up the phone and I called Titan auto glass and reached Melanie, she was super professional... quoted me a 100 cheaper than the other company and said she would have someone out the very next morning. Arturo came out the next morning, did a fast fantastic job and even cleaned up the mess inside my door the other company left. I will forever call Titan for my future glass needs. Everything was just easy, fast, and well priced! I asked for a quote in the morning, got a price several hundred cheaper than the leading national brand, booked the service, and the tech arrived the same day to my home. He installed glass and recalibrated the safety systems all within about an hour. I never had to leave the house. Price quoted was exactly what I paid. Great experience. I had previously booked with Safelite but day of the mobil appointment the tech called and said the glass needed for my car door had been delayed in shipping and they didn’t have an ETA but would update me asap and reschedule. After a few days I reached out to Titan and they came very close to the Safelite quote, had the glass in stock on hand, could do the repair the next day. Dealing with Clarissa via text for the quote and booking was seamless and pleasant. The tech called me the next day on their way out, was super professional and efficient, and did a great job… even during the holidays. Still haven’t heard back from Safelite!

First time using Titan for a windshield replacement and I was very pleased. I called to schedule an appointment and they were helpful with coordinating with my auto insurance that took no more than 10 mins! I was able to get an appointment that same day! The install was done at my home and only took about an hour or so. Would recommend and use again in the future.

Titan Auto Glass gets full five stars! I’ve had many windshield chip repairs over the years from several companies and Titan is the best. They posted their (very reasonable) chip repair prices on their website I brought my van to their shop, everyone there were good people, and repaired the chip promptly with very good visibility. The chip repair is holding perfectly after more than 2000 miles and running defrost in temperatures ranging from 15 below zero to 85 degrees.

Great experience they came to my house to do the windshield replacement, my car came with heads up display, but the windshield for her was so expensive. I decided to go no heads up display. My car is a 2000 Corvette so I heard that is not really much of a difference between the two and they are right I didn’t really know it’s the difference at all. They were professional and answered any questions I had and they also save me several hundred dollars versus Safelite repair I wouldn’t hesitate in a minute to use them again!!!!

From a terrible experience with another auto glass company, to an amazing experience with Titan Auto Glass, Clarissa made this experience the best. Within 36 hours of a phone call to installation, my windshield was ordered, and installed. Titan Auto is a preferred dealer with most insurances, which means the auto insurance will stand behind their craftsmanship and quality of parts. A auto glass company I was originally with was not insured, did not have the backing of any insurance company, and only offered a 30 day warranty (and was contracted out to another company for install). Titan was backed by Allstate, insured, and offers a lifetime warranty on their parts and labor, in which many auto glass companies do not offer. Not to mention locally owed and operated with their own employees, has integrity with their service and installation, and convenient hours to serve their customers. Coming from a negative situation, Titan Auto assured me my windshield would be cared for in the best manner and my prior experience with another auto glass company would not be repeated. This is exactly what they did, and I’m glad I chose Titan Auto Glass for my windshield replacement. Clarissa will take care of you, handles the claim, and expresses the best interest in the customer being cared for. They are people helping people, and that’s hard to find in the world today.

I first went to a competitor whom has always done good work but then I brought them my 1993 Toyota Pickup and they would not touch it because it was over 25 years old. I called Titan Auto Glass and they were proud to accept my classic truck with no hesitation. The techs did an amazing job on replacing the windshield. Called Titan Auto Glass due to a damaged windshield on my 2011 Ford Transit Connect. Spoke to a Representative who provided me a quote for replacement which was more than reasonable. Awesome Service at the Carrollton location! I called and got a quote, they had the specific windshield I needed to replace, it was reasonable price on short notice so opted to come to the shop. They got me in and out, and even had a work station in the waiting area so I could finish my work. Fantastic!

Prompt detailed oriented service, fast scheduling the night before for onsite installation at my house the next morning at 8:00 AM. Price was competitive without insurance and they did in fact give me the best price after shopping around and comparing quotes, except without the wait of someone having to call me back. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment after got a quote on the humongous windshield crack. Few days later, drove to the shop and had the windshield changed and calibrated within 2 hours. The waiting area was nice and spotless clean. Highly recommend for reasonable pricing and fantastic customer service!!!
