Very courteous staff and they were able to get me in immediately . My Honda Passport has the acoustic glass. They reassured me their OEM spec is acoustic as well. After driving around for a week at all speeds, I can attest that their glass is just as quiet. I will definitely use them in the future . Great work!

Titan Glass did an excellent job repairing a chip in my windshield while I waited. It took about 30 minutes for my repair. There were a couple already in the waiting area when I arrived. The chip was in front of the driver and very annoying. After the fix it is nearly invisible; only visible when the light shines on it at an angle, and then not bad. I would do business with them again, but hoping I don’t need another repair. 🙂

Oscar, with Titan, arrived on time and promptly set up to replace a cracked windshield on my full sized pickup. He worked efficiently and professionally. When the work was completed, he cleaned up the area and hauled off the old materials.

Great professional service! Called for a windshield replacement at 1:30 today and at 3:30 a new windshield was installed. The technician new his stuff. Customer service was top of the line. What really caught my eye was the 5 star rating from hundres of reviews compared to 3.6 or less stars for Safelite stores in the area. Oh, and I saved about $250! Go figure. After the big rain tmrw I’ll update my review…😬. Should be no biggy with lifetime warranty. So far excellent review for Titan!

They where great with my truck (Bronco Sport), I scheduled the replacement to be done at my home. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars Is because they arrived around an hour late, If they would have let me know in advance I wouldn’t have taken an uber where i was going. The second thing is that they left just a little bit of dirt on the inside ceiling close to the glass and on the exterior on the border limit of the glass the glue was kind of messy applied(jut a small area).
Other than that, they did a GREAT WORK, 6 months from the replacement and its all perfect, the price is way better than any other place. I definitely recommend them and would go back to them(hopefully not).

These people are mega! I was told by another company that they could not fix the chip in my windshield without cracking it further. Titan scoffed at that and fixed it in under 30 minutes and it looks amazing. Five stars.

We have a brand new 2025 vehicle that already cracked the windshield. I was happy with their quote process, and they got us in and out in the same day we made the appointment. The work looked very clean. The technician was knowledgeable, and I was glad to get to speak with him. This service was done in house at their facility, which I preferred over mobile installation.

Titan Auto Glass is awesome! I asked for a quote online on Sunday night and they gave me an estimate. They followed up at 8am on Monday morning with a price cheaper than Safelite and came out to replace my windshield by 11:40am! It would be Thursday before Safelite could get to me. Had a windshield crack occur over the weekend and it spread around 4” on passenger side. Was hoping I could find someone to perform a stop crack & Titan helped out! Time will tell if it holds, but was in and out in 30 minutes. A++

Called Titan first thing in the AM and they set an appointment for 10AM. Tech (Arturo) showed up on time. He explained what he needed to do. Glass was installed properly and there was no mess left behind.

The technician was on time courteous and fast. It was freezing child when he came too. It was so easy and the best price I found for windshield replacement for my Ford Edge. Arturo came out yesterday and replaced the cracked windshield on my Ford Flex. He was super nice and did a phenomenal job. A long time ago someone must have replaced the windshield on my car (before I bought it) and pretty much jammed the windshield with JB weld or something (I'm sure that would have leaked eventually). It was a complete mess under there when Arturo removed it. Arturo dealt with all that crap with a smile on his face. The seal is super tight on the windshield now. He did great work. To summarize for everyone reading...Safelite sucks (I've had problems in the past with them). They use cheap materials/glass and their techs don't use care or have the proper experience. Titan (Arturo) did a great job. I'll be sticking with them.

Great experience. I had previously booked with Safelite but day of the mobil appointment the tech called and said the glass needed for my car door had been delayed in shipping and they didn’t have an ETA but would update me asap and reschedule. After a few days I reached out to Titan and they came very close to the Safelite quote, had the glass in stock on hand, could do the repair the next day. Dealing with Clarissa via text for the quote and booking was seamless and pleasant. The tech called me the next day on their way out, was super professional and efficient, and did a great job… even during the holidays. Still haven’t heard back from Safelite!
