Dropped in to have a rock chip repaired expecting to pay for the repair but after they pulled me up in the system they informed me it would be no charge since they had replaced the windshield less than a year ago. They immediately took my car back to the shop and I was in and out in no time and the chip is barely noticeable and hopefully will not spread saving me further money. These folks are all super nice and respond to your needs as soon as you walk in.

With one call to the office, Melanie determined the availability of glass for my particular vehicle, gave me a price, and set an appointment to drop off my car.The job was completed in less than 24 hours, and they even offered to come pick me up at my home. Terrific service and price!

Excellent communication, quick service, and quality work. They fit us in the same day, came to us to make the fix, made sure to let us know when they were running a little late (even though it was within the estimated window they provided), and even vacuumed the broken glass out of my car. 5 stars but would give them 10 if I could.

A full windshield replacement with insurance not covering it, is a dreaded experience and a massive hit financially. I called every shop in the area, and they had the best price. But most importantly they’re truly a family business.When having to spend money. I’d rather support local. Man, that was a great decision as I got to meet the family and got treated like one of them immediately in the lobby. During my wait time, they’d check in, offer me snacks, etc. Lots of laughs between the staff as well. Just a pure genuine family business that knows how to enhance people’s days, during a rough spot.I never thought I’d happily write a 5 star review bragging on a business that I didn’t even want to pay for in the first place.It’s so important to support businesses like this. I highly recommend them. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was in and out within the hour. They do have mobile service so they can come to you, however I opted to do the service at their office. The waiting room is nice with coffee, water, and TV. Really top notch operation.

Made an appointment after got a quote on the humongous windshield crack. Few days later, drove to the shop and had the windshield changed and calibrated within 2 hours. The waiting area was nice and spotless clean. Highly recommend for reasonable pricing and fantastic customer service!!!

I called with a lot of questions and Titan Auto Glass Carrollton had the answers I needed to make a decision. They had the best quote and were able to come to my work place the next morning to replace the windshield. The person sent me a text when he arrived and again when he was finished. It didn’t take much time away from work at all and he answered all my questions. The windshield has a lifetime warranty should anything happen or not be installed correctly, but it looks great. I called the same morning and he arrived 2 hours later. Vacuumed all the glass and perfectly replaced the window. That’s what I call white glove service.

While driving on the highway, a rock hit my windshield shattering it. I called several places and most of them didn't have any availability. They were trying to schedule me 3 to 4 days out. I had a great experience with Titan Auto-Glass-Carrollton for my windshield replacement. They quickly replaced my windshield in just about 2 hours and even reattached my stickers. Titan auto glass is the way to go if you need a windshield. I called Monday morning, they scheduled me the following morning with a nice and small 2 hour window (not 4 or 6. Like most) they cam at 9:15 and by 10:30 the windshield was in my car. The were not the most expensive nor were they the least but they were quick, professional and knowledgeable and gave me a life time warranty. So for the few extra bucks I paid, the service, expedience, and overall attitude made up for it 10x.

If you need your windshield replaced or repaired, this is the place you want to go. It could not have been more friendly or easy, and they will even get a Lyft for you in both directions if you'd prefer to not wait on premises. This place is miles beyond the name you see advertised on TV all the time. Great local business!

WOW!!!! This place is on their game. Talk about smooth transaction. I called them up, I explained how I've never done this before, she basically took control, and handled everything for me. I gave her my insurance, she called them and called me back. Set up my appointment, they came to my house. Next day I had my windshield. The guy was very professional and let me know he was on his way. He knew exactly what he was doing. It may have taken him 30-45 tops. Very organized, and in a van labeled Titan Auto Glass. I was very a Satisfied customer, and you will not be disappointed. 😉

The service and pricing were great! We were able to schedule for the next day without any issues. However, we had to reschedule due to traffic on the 635. Despite this, when we informed them that we were ready, someone arrived at our door within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. The installation was professional and the installer did a great job of explaining all the details before and after the process, as well as other minor things to look out for. I will definitely use Titan Auto Glass again if I ever have another issue.
