It’s hard to come by good customer service these days, but my experience with Titan Auto Glass was top notch. The customer service agent was super helpful, connected me with my insurance company, and scheduled a tech for a home visit the next day.The tech was also excellent. He was friendly and professional.I hope I don’t have to worry about a cracked windshield again any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely give Titan my business.

Top Notch service. I got a stone chip on my windscreen, walked in and out in 30 mins at a very affordable price. You can’t even tell that I had a rock chip. I recommend them.

I have been to Titan Auto Glass a number of times I seem to follow Rock trucks and they have had come in and Patch my windows very quickly and take care of things very professionally. I would recommend them highly and think they are very good people to have work on your vehicles.I have a Jeep four-door and it has flat windows in the front and seems to collect all the rocks on the road these guys are good.

The team at Titan was excellent to work with and very through in answering my questions before my appointment. Arturo showed up right on time, was outgoing, professional, and did a top notch job of replacing my windshield and even installing a new cowl I’d purchased previously but hadn’t yet installed—at no extra cost! The pricing was more than reasonable and no one tried to upsell me add ons or insurance plans I don’t need and wouldn’t want. On top of it, they came to my house and did the work there, also at no additional cost. You can’t beat the service and I’d highly recommend Titan if you need auto glass work done.
