Awesome service! Had my windshield replaced recently from a large highway debris impact. Quote was quick and easy over the phone. Price was reasonable. Install took about an hour and was done expertly. Everyone i met was very friendly and professional.

Had a small chip in window. Texted them the issue. They confirmed it could be fixed. No appt just came in on Sat. He looked at it, explained the process. They Took 30 minutes. He said 70% would disappear, more like 90%. Looks like a very small dirt spot on window. Great experience! Would go back again!

I open an inquiry after hours. The staff responded the same day, provided a quote, and replaced my window at opening the next day. The service provided was excellent and the staff was friendly.

I kept hearing wind noise thru the windshield and my car dealership said it was normal after having it replaced and a few times. So a couple months after the 3rd replacement I went to Titan and they confirmed that the windshield wasn’t properly sealed. I was given a form that I could take to my dealership to get the windshield replaced a 4th time. Thanks Titan for verifying my concern was correct and finding what another business couldn’t.

Needed a new windshield as cracked. Melanie was super helpful, answering questions & getting a mobile same day appt done. It was very efficient & great. Tech was Arturo & was awesome. He called to advise arrival time, very nice . Called again on arrival. He did a great job, new windshield looks great. I totally recommend him , his work & Titan company.

Whitney and Melanie were both very nice on the phone, got me a quote on Saturday and emailed it over to me. I called Monday to see when I could have it done and they were able to get me in same day and come to me for no extra charge. Titan was cheaper than other places around and had great reviews. I hope I don’t need them again anytime soon but if I do, I know who to call. Thank you.!

Titan Auto glass saved the day !!! The first first cold weather in Dallas, I come out and my driver side window is shattered, My insurance company sends me to ****Lite and I go and drop my car off there at 9 am same day service will be done in 2 hours, I tell them no hurry I will pick up at 3. I get a text at 2:30 pm telling me that it has been rescheduled to the 17th (2 weeks later) with no prior notice. Huge bind, I pick up the phone and I called Titan auto glass and reached Melanie, she was super professional... quoted me a 100 cheaper than the other company and said she would have someone out the very next morning. Arturo came out the next morning, did a fast fantastic job and even cleaned up the mess inside my door the other company left. I will forever call Titan for my future glass needs. I asked for a quote in the morning, got a price several hundred cheaper than the leading national brand, booked the service, and the tech arrived the same day to my home. He installed glass and recalibrated the safety systems all within about an hour. I never had to leave the house. Price quoted was exactly what I paid. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and I received an abundance of communication at every step. Couldn't be happier.

Simply an amazing experience!! Needed the back glass on a 2011 Honda Pilot changed and they were there with the glass ready for install in less than an hour. Elias was quick and very professional. Cannot recommend them enough.
